Each year we celebrate the members of our community, through acts of charity, kindness and advocacy, who help make the world a better place. We come together to recognize and thank those who exemplify the value of Tikkun Olam, תִּיקּוּן עוֹלָם.

Jewish Federation of Arkansas would not exist without the efforts of its volunteers. The Jane B. Mendel Tikkun Olam Awards, established through the generosity of the TRG Foundation, were created to enable our Federation to honor outstanding members of the Jewish community in Arkansas. The awards are presented at our Annual Tikkun Olam Celebration in Little Rock.
